Hey folks! This is Mike and Tom from Pacific One Collision and Restoration.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from you all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"Is scratch repair worth it if I’m planning on selling my car?"

Answer:
That decision really depends on the owner. Some scratches are very visible and can significantly reduce trade-in or resale value. In those cases, repair may be worth it. Other times, it may make more sense to sell the vehicle as-is.

We encourage customers to come in for an estimate so they can make an informed cost-benefit decision based on repair cost versus potential resale value.

Summary:
Scratch repair before selling is a personal cost-benefit decision; Pacific One helps owners evaluate their options.
