Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from you all on the internet.
Today's question is:
So how long would the repair take for us to do? And again, this kind of goes back to a situational basis where each repair is unique. Some repairs we can have done, if it's a small repair or just a fender, uh, repair or just a minor touch-up, we can get those done pretty quickly within two to three days.
We've had some repairs that have major frame damage, and of course those repairs can take a lot longer. So on average, our typical repair time is about seven to ten days if you look at it as an average basis. Uh, but again, it really kind of depends on each customer's unique situation and we will be happy to tell you an estimated time for repair.
Repair time varies based on the severity of the damage. For smaller repairs like fenders or touch-ups, turnaround is typically two to three days. More extensive damage involving the frame or structure can take longer. On average, most repairs are completed in seven to ten days, but Mike noted that every case is unique, and customers are always provided an accurate time estimate up front.
