That said, even if a car is deemed a total loss by insurance standards, it can still be repaired if the customer wants to move forward and is willing to exceed the vehicle’s value. We’ve done that before. It really comes down to reviewing the situation, understanding what the insurance company is willing to authorize, and determining what makes the most sense for the customer financially and practically.
