So do we repair or replace? And the answer to that question is a lot of times it depends on the situation, uh, how bad the damage is on the vehicle. If it is repairable, uh, most of the time we will just go ahead and repair the part unless the customer requests a replacement.

Some of that is dictated by the insurance company if you're using an insurance claim, but each situation is different and we look at those on an individual basis.
