"Do I have to work with the body shop my insurance company suggests?"

Okay. So, do you have to work with the shop that the insurance company is suggesting or can you work directly with Pacific One Collision? The answer is is you can work with anybody you wish to in Washington state as you have that right. The insurance companies are going to try and steer you into one of their preferred shops because there are some benefits for the insurance company that they do the repair for you.

However, again, Pacific 1 does work directly for you, the customer, and not the insurance company.
